The first successful transaction was made at the Energy Exchange of Georgia. JSC “EP Georgia Generation” sold electricity at the energy exchange.
“We are glad that the first successful transaction at the energy exchange was carried out by JSC “EP Georgia Generation”. As a result of trading on July 23, electricity was sold for the day of physical supply on July 24,” – said Grigol Bechvaia, representative of the corporate and international electricity trading and settlement department of JSC “ENERGO-PRO Georgia Holding”.
JSC “EP Georgia Generation” will continue its activity on the energy exchange in future under appropriate conditions.
